Under the theme ‘Where Tradition Meets Tomorrow’, the 2026 AIBI Congress will be held at the Mouratoglou Hotel & Resort, in the Sophia Antipolis technology park on the French Riviera, from May 27 to 29. Registrations to Europe’s most important bakery event are open until May 26.
As the event’s agenda is taking shape, the main themes taking center stage for presentations and conversations will include:

The Congress will provide generous networking opportunities for all delegates, along with a small exhibition area and break-out sessions for sponsors wishing to enhance their visibility.
This year, AIBI is organizing the 39th edition of the event together with FEB, in the heart of the Sophia Antipolis Technopole. It can be easily reached from Nice Airport and Antibes train/TGV station, the organizers shared.
