The Board of Directors of Emmi AG nominates Alexander Kühnen for election to the Board of Directors at the General Meeting on April 9, 2026. Kühnen will put himself forward for election as successor to the current member of the Board of Directors, Monique Bourquin. Following a long and successful tenure, she will not stand for re-election.

The CEO of the Bahlsen Group would bring strategic expertise from the consumer goods industry to the table, complementing the nine-member committee.

Kühnen has been CEO of the Bahlsen Group since 2023 and brings with him extensive management and industry expertise with international FMCG companies such as Unilever, as well as family-run companies such as the Bahlsen Group and Carl Kühne KG.
