American Pan highlights solutions for emerging trends

As part of its new campaign, ‘Designed with Your Bakery in Mind,’ American Pan will showcase at iba how its bakeware solutions are built for the individual needs of each bakery. Pans are customized for on-trend products including laminated pastries, rustic artisan breads and creative cake designs.

A full selection of croissant tray styles will be showcased, from flat trays or trays with crescent or specially shaped molds, for high-volume production or specialized runs.

Coatings will also be presented, including non-PFAS formulas.

Supporting sustainability

Supporting the shift toward greener production, American Pan will also spotlight its ePAN® designs, an energy-efficient line of pans that are up to 30% lighter, promoting faster heat transfer, reduced bake times, and lower energy consumption.

bbi: What is the theme/concept of your stand at iba 2025? What solutions will you highlight?

Jason Bowman: The theme of our stand at iba 2025 will focus on innovation, sustainability, and our global expertise in the baking industry. Additionally, we will highlight our custom bakeware capabilities tailored to unique needs – whether for bread, buns, cakes, or specialty pastries, such as croissants. Visitors will learn about our cutting-edge solutions that optimize baking processes and ensure exceptional results.

At iba 2025, we are excited to showcase our extensive range of proprietary coating solutions, designed to meet diverse customer needs.
