- Hygienic design – food safety: Hygienic design is crucial for food safety in the bakery industry, AMF underlines: “It involves creating equipment that prevents contamination, using food-safe materials, and ensuring easy cleaning and maintenance. This helps maintain product quality, extend shelf life, and protect consumer health.”
The need for efficiency and higher productivity is a major driver of innovation at AMF, which is achieved through investments in robotics and smart solutions, such as advanced baking technologies and automatic cleaning systems, the company tells us.
In addition, sustainability is driven by the need to reduce the environmental footprint of the bakery industry. AMF innovations focus on energy efficiency, the circular economy, and minimizing food waste.
