ANKO event for dumpling machinery, IoT solutions

ANKO Food Machine will present its Dumpling Making Machine, demonstrating various methods for making Polish, Italian and Chinese-style dumplings in an online event, held on April 24 at 11:00 AM CET.

The company will also unveil its latest IoT developments, focusing on advancing efficient food automation.

Broadcasting live from ANKO’s headquarters in Taiwan, the event will take place in the same space where customers usually conduct food machine trials. The event can be accessed by signing up online.

ANKO will demonstrate how its machines can adapt to various food production methods. The company will showcase the integration of their Multipurpose Filling and Forming Machine HLT-700U and the Forming Machine EA-100KA on the production floor, and their machine’s management system. The HLT-700U can produce up to 12,000 dumplings per hour.
