ARYZTA announced it set up a new Board Committee dedicated to technology, digitization, innovation, and artificial intelligence, starting from January 1, 2025. The new Committee will work on identifying the best strategies for ARYZTA to leverage these technologies, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of industry developments.

The company aims to incorporate these fast-advancing tools to improve production. It anticipates that AI, in particular, will play a pivotal role in interlinking production lines, warehouses, demand planning and logistics, enhancing operational efficiency.
