In line with one of the biggest trends of the end of the year – Dubai chocolate, backaldrin proposes recipe ideas for Dubai-style cakes and slices, suitable for bakeries and patisseries.

Backaldrin created the two applications using its brownie mix, combined with creamy pistachio paste and slightly crunchy Kadayif, for a new experience. “Both creations are visually appealing with their marbled surface made from liquid pistachio icing. They are decorated with chocolate pistachio balls and chocolate flakes on the edges. A feast for the senses – both visually and in terms of taste,” backaldrin reveals.

The brownie mix is a staple in the backaldrin range. It can be used in the production of moist and fluffy cakes and slices, with a dark color and intense chocolate note.
