Biscuit International  extends financing facilities

Biscuit International today announced that it has successfully extended and updated its financing arrangements. This gives the company a stronger financial position, more available funds, and greater flexibility to support its future plans.

The private label biscuit and bread substitute manufacturer completed the transaction with the support of its existing lenders and shareholders. This transaction provides the company with a strengthened capital structure, greater liquidity, and increased financial flexibility. Biscuit International’s operations encompass 30 factories, with a workforce of 5,000 people.
