Croatia-based Boogie Lab expands its US presence with a new restaurant in New York and a new product launch: a sourdough panettone by Boogie Bakery, available in retail.
Boogie Lab – Artisan Bakery, Bistro & Bar, located at 4015 Broadway in the Washington Heights area of New York City, will open in the spring of 2026. It will be an all-day dining destination, open daily from 7 am until 9 pm. “Guests can start their mornings with fresh-from-the-oven pastries and coffee, roll into brunch and lunch favorites, and stay late for wood-fired pizzas, handcrafted pastas, hearty entrées, and signature cocktails,” the sourdough specialist anticipates. The concept blends the warmth of a neighborhood bakery with the energy of a bistro and bar.
The menu will emphasize seasonal ingredients and conscious sourcing, including a selection of artisanal, premium-crafted sourdough products, alongside a variety of breads, baked goods, pastries, empanadas, tapas, pizzas, salads, soups, and pasta. The menus, which are still in development, are being designed to highlight the diversity and culture of the Washington Heights community, the bakery announced.

It comes in four flavors, at USD 69 each: Chocolate; Candied Fruit; Pistachio & Lemon; and Mandarin & White Chocolate. Tiramisu and Apple Pie flavors will also launch in December.
“Delmonico’s Hospitality Group is excited to further introduce Boogie’s exceptional European sourdough to the US market, with our new restaurant in New York City and online retail launch,” said Dennis Turcinovic, owner and executive culinary partner, Delmonico’s Hospitality Group.
“Boogie’s 100% sourdough Panettone and a variety of artisanal baked goods are crafted with the highest quality ingredients, showcasing the authentic flavors that have made it a beloved brand in Europe. We look forward to creating a welcoming space where the community can come together to enjoy these unique offerings and experience the warmth of Boogie Lab and Delmonico’s hospitality.”
