London-based bakery and school Bread Ahead plans to give away 750 blueberry cheesecake donuts on Monday, January 20. The third Monday of the year was dubbed ‘Blue Monday’ – the title for what was coined as ‘the saddest day of the year’.

The bakery’s Wembley, Battersea Power Station and South Kensington locations will each offer 250 free donuts on Monday, Bread Ahead announced.

Bread Ahead was founded in 2013 and launched the first Bakery School opened in February 2014. Bread Ahead recently opened its first international bakery and school in Jeddah, closely followed by a second location in Dubai. Its popular baking workshops include Doughnuts, Great British Baking, Nordic and gluten-free baking.
