BRIDOR brings flavor diversity to barbecue season
(Binary value suppressed)

For this summer’s barbecue season, BRIDOR focuses on good food, bringing variety and authentic taste to the table with its baguettes. Made for the hotel, restaurant, and catering industries, BRIDOR bread specialties round off the flavor of barbecue dishes and offer a piece of French baking culture.

“Today’s guests expect more than just good food – they pay attention to quality down to the last detail. Our breads and baguettes are made using traditional recipes, French baking techniques, and high-quality ingredients. Especially when barbecuing, when strong flavors unfold, an excellent baguette rounds off the dish in terms of taste. It absorbs flavors, adds texture, and connects the individual components. Our products impress with their consistent quality in every segment,” says Thilo Ehnis, Zone Director at BRIDOR.

The essentials

The products in “The Essentials” collection stand for natural ingredients, premium quality, and traditional taste, BRIDOR notes. They are baked with Label Rouge wheat flour—a French seal of quality for particularly high-quality raw materials—and follow the clean-label principle, using only flour, water, yeast, salt, and sourdough.

The Nova 280 g baguette has a shorter, wider shape and golden crust. The honeycomb-shaped crumb is created by using wheat sourdough and high-quality Label Rouge wheat flour. BRIDOR recommends it for grilled vegetables, fine cheese, or Mediterranean dips.

The multigrain baguette 280 g has an aromatic grain mixture of sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, millet, and brown and yellow flax seeds. “Crispy on the outside, light and tender on the inside – ideal as an accompaniment to fresh salads or marinated kebabs,” BRIDOR describes.

Gourmet breads

The breads and baguettes in this collection are based on three core values: quality, authenticity, and creativity. The Baguette with Character 280 g lives up to its name: with roasted cornmeal, homemade wheat sourdough, and a rustic ‘polka’ pattern, it brings aromatic depth and an artisanal look to the plate – a statement bread for modern barbecue concepts.

Also part of the collection are the 140 g baguettines – small baguettes in various varieties, with crispy, pointed ends. It is a choice for a side dish, for dipping, or for mini sandwiches, says its maker.
