Bridor announced the appointment of a new CEO in France, Grégoire Guillemin. The supplier of frozen French specialties welcomes a leader with over 25 years of experience in the agri-food and foodservice industries.
Guillemin will be responsible for driving Bridor’s ambitious growth in France, including overseeing its French production sites in Servon-sur-Vilaine, Louverné, Falaise, and Pont-de-l’Isère.
He also joins Bridor’s worldwide Executive Committee.
Grégoire Guillemin notes on LinkedIn: “As CEO of Bridor France, a subsidiary of Groupe Le Duff and a global leader in French-style bakery products present in 100 countries, I lead an organization of 2,000 committed employees united around a clear mission: to share the bakery cultures of the world. Product quality, pride in our craft, and trust in the men and women who embody it are at the heart of our performance. This commitment is reflected across all distribution channels: retail, foodservice, artisans, hospitality, and catering.
My guiding principles: a spirit of conquest, trust in people, customer focus, honoring commitments, intensity, results-driven mindset.”
“We wish him every success in his new role alongside our teams,” Bridor says in its welcome message.
