BRIDOR announced new recipe ideas that reinterpret well-known sweet bakery classics from various European countries. The concepts, reimagined in the company’s French style, offer festive ideas for the season’s holidays, reflecting its brand promise, ‘The Bakery Cultures of the World’.
The Bûche de Noël, France’s festive Christmas dessert, received a modern, uncomplicated twist from BRIDOR. “Delicate croissants can be transformed into a mini bûche de nata in no time: Halved croissants are baked, rolled, filled with hazelnut-chocolate spread, and decorated,” the company details.
The ‘Christmas Pastel’ became an elegant holiday dessert, according to BRIDOR. It brings a touch of Portugal with festive flair. It is a crispy pastry with a creamy filling, topped with a light meringue and festive decorations, briefly flambéed.
The ‘Ultra Kanel’ Christmas Tree starts from a Swedish-inspired cinnamon roll, shaped into a Christmas tree, baked, and decorated with festive touches as desired.
BRIDOR also recommends Crispy Trdelník – Street Food with Winter Soul, a classic part of German Christmas markets, reimagined: “Wrap strips of dough around sticks, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, bake until golden brown, and then finish with chocolate or powdered sugar. Perfect for Christmas markets, coffee shops, or festive buffets – street food with a Christmas twist,” the French company recommends.
