Following a new partnership, Brinker Bakery, a bakery based in Herne, North Rhine-Westphalia,  will focus entirely on its core competency: the production and sale of fresh baked goods in its approximately 70 company-owned stores, while Aryzta Food Solutions is taking over the frozen bakery products business and the associated B2B customer operations. As an exclusive partner, Aryzta Food Solutions will permanently stock selected Brinker products. Furthermore, Aryzta will handle logistics for Brinker’s stores and continue to reliably serve existing business customers.

“This partnership enables us to concentrate our efforts specifically on the craft of baking, our stores, and our regional fresh-delivery business. At the same time, our customers benefit from a strong and efficient supply chain,” explains the Brinker management.

Going forward, Brinker will further expand its artisanal expertise, as Aryzta contributes its nationwide strength in sales, distribution, and logistics. Both companies view the partnership as a significant step toward sustainable growth and the long-term successful development of their business models.
