CSM Ingredients established a partnership with Food Specialities Limited (FSL), an ingredient specialist based in Dubai, which has a division of solutions for the bakery industry. The collaboration marks a key milestone in expanding its presence (and its parent company Nexture) in the Middle East.

FSL’s bakery ingredient portfolio includes solutions for sweet products, breads and buns, as well as a range dedicated to croissants.
