Aligned with key global trends, the sixth FIPAN Congress aims to underscore how shifts in consumer dynamics are reshaping the market and requiring new responses across the entire value chain. The event will be held from July 21 to 23, at the Convention Center Expo Center Norte, in São Paulo, Brazil.

‘The New Consumer’ calls for reflection on the fundamental drivers of human behavior, the organizers highlight: purpose, experience, convenience, and meaning. Artificial intelligence and technological innovation are essential enablers; however, their full potential is only realized when the consumer is placed at the center of decision-making processes.

The key themes for the event’s agenda are:

  1. Market and experience
  2. Tax reform
  3. Wellness
  4. AI production
  5. Consumer trends
  6. People management and training

Topics under discussion will include rediscovering human-centered sales in food service, the rise of the pizza sector, a growing focus on health and wellness, consumer trends and new behaviors in food service, and using artificial intelligence and data to reduce waste and boost profits. Packaging is also among the topics, from the perspective of how it influences value and perception.

Among the highlights, an international talk will look at the connection between the new consumer in Brazil and Europe, courtesy of Patrick Ferrand (MOF – Bread Ambassadors, France), and Sergio Dias (Bread Ambassadors, Belgium).
