Fourth-generation family business Irwin’s Bakery added a new product to its bakery portfolio: pancakes offered in packs of five, individually wrapped. They are “Designed to offer greater convenience for consumers without the compromise of fresh, fluffy, sweet pancakes,” according to the Northern Ireland business, and are said to target quick snacking options.
The company, founded in 1912, is also preparing for the future, aiming to meet the customers where they are – online. It will soon launch its online shop, which should be available soon. “Stay connected for the next chapter: Our story’s still being written, and we’d love for you to be part of it,” the bakery invites its fans to connect.
