Following exclusive negotiations with Moulins Soufflet, a subsidiary of Groupe InVivo, Lallemand acquired French ingredient maker AIT Ingredients. The sale was finalized on June 26, 2025.

AIT Ingredients, which specializes in baking ingredients for the bakery, flour milling, and pasta industries, will be integrated into the Lallemand Baking Solutions (LBS) business unit. LBS supplies clean-label solutions for the baking industry, worldwide.

With a turnover of EUR 91 million, AIT has six subsidiaries, where 278 people work.

This acquisition supports Lallemand’s long-term strategy to expand its global presence.
