Andreas Schulz will become the new Managing Director of Lantmännen Unibake Germany in June. He succeeds Henrik Frøkjær, who is taking on a new leadership role within the Lantmännen Group.

Schulz has many years of experience in the bakery market. Before joining Lantmännen Unibake in 2025, he held sales positions at Vandemoortele, Aryzta, and CSM. Most recently, as Sales Director for the DACH region at Lantmännen Unibake, he was responsible for the commercial strategy in the German-speaking countries and drove targeted market development.

In his new role, Schulz has set clear priorities: “I look forward to leading Lantmännen Unibake Germany into its next phase of growth. Our focus is on three areas: premiumizing our portfolio with high-quality baked goods, expanding our savory snack offerings, and further establishing our Nordic Sweets concepts in Germany. Lantmännen Unibake stands for quality and innovation – and we will continue to pursue this course consistently.”
