Orangeworks Group announces the acquisition of S&S Baking Solutions. The specialist in process installations for the food industry expands into the bakery industry with this acquisition.
This acquisition follows the alliance established between both companies in December 2024 and marks the next step in their successful collaboration.

With the acquisition of S&S Baking Solutions, Orangeworks Group strengthens its ability to deliver complete process lines and integrated technology solutions to the food industry.
S&S Baking Solutions is headquartered in Naarden, the Netherlands, and specializes in solutions for steamed donuts, steam frying, steam baking, steamed cake, steamed muffins – equipment, process, and turn-key projects.
Close collaboration between companies within the group, including Tanis Food Tec and B&L Chocolate, brings together expertise in aeration, marshmallow processing, chocolate, and bakery technologies.
