Reading Bakery Systems (RBS) promoted Matt Risser to Director of Sales, Exact Mixing. He succeeds Jim Warren in this role, an industry veteran who is retiring. In this role, Risser will lead global sales for Exact Mixing continuous mixing systems.

During his 17 years at RBS, Risser has been working on a wide range of applications. He has a background in mechanical engineering and project management.

“Matt has built strong relationships with customers through his technical knowledge, collaborative approach and commitment to helping manufacturers succeed,” said Chip Czulada, CEO of RBS. “He understands both the technology and the challenges our customers face every day, making him well positioned to continue growing the Exact Mixing business while building on the outstanding foundation Jim established.”

“It has been a privilege to work alongside Jim and learn from his decades of experience,” said Risser. “I’m excited to build on that legacy by continuing to partner with our customers, helping them solve production challenges and bringing innovative continuous mixing solutions to bakeries around the world.”
