Reading Bakery Systems hosts pretzel training seminar

Reading Bakery Systems (RBS) will host its first training seminar on pretzel manufacturing on February 3-4, 2026, at the RBS Science & Innovation Center in Sinking Spring, Pennsylvania.

Designed for both newcomers to the pretzel industry and experienced operators, the hands-on training event offers practical insights, live demonstrations, practical activities and expert guidance on every stage of pretzel production.

Topics will include ingredient selection, mixing methods, extrusion, proofing, oven and dryer optimization, gluten-free and co-extruded applications, and advanced process monitoring with the SCORPION® Profiling System.

The RBS pretzel training seminar is open to RBS customers and snack manufacturers, with limited space available to ensure an interactive, personalized experience.
