In an event organized in Burgdorf, RONDO launched the Starline 5, a new generation of high-performance dough processing lines. The ‘Starline’ series stands for maximum rated power, simple operation and a wide variety of products, RONDO highlights, areas in which the new Starline 5 excels.

The Starline 5 was developed over the past five years to meet all challenges in everyday production, with several new key developments. It features a redesigned conveyor table, which optimizes hygiene, and it is flexible in production for a wide variety of pastries and other products, coming with a comprehensive variety of accessories, with more on the way this year. The Starline 5 can be used to produce any pastries, including puff pastry, Danish pastry, yeast dough, shortcrust pastry, and various bread rolls.

Thanks to a large number of flexibly positionable accessories, a wide variety of shapes, fillings and decorations are possible. It also includes a newly developed control panel, which can be moved along the line, for more setup flexibility.

The new automated dough make-up line also includes a newly designed traveling guillotine with servo stroke, which moves synchronously with the conveyor belt, ensuring even more precise cuts while ensuring the integrity of the belt. The machine can be adjusted precisely to the respective dough’s properties, RONDO underlines.

The Starline 5 comes with intuitive software. For further ease in operation and changeovers,  the controls and accessories are clearly labeled, with corresponding icons in the interface.

Easy cleaning is also ensured, as the belt is quickly de-tensioned and lifted on stirrups for drying the conveyor belt. Conveying table components can also be removed, without the use of tools, for deep-cleaning in washing machines.

Starline 5 was presented to RONDO dealers and customers for the first time at the RONDO World Conference in mid-May. It will be on display at IBIE 2025 for visitors attending in Las Vegas in September.
