SOLLICH KG will showcase its technology updates that make the entire production process more efficient, hygienic, and digitally interconnected, for the confectionery industry.
To meet the increasing demands for hygiene and machine availability, SOLLICH will present improved cleaning solutions for various machine types. In the new generation of the ENROMAT M6 Flex enrobing machine, all system components are easily accessible, making them easy to clean thanks to the fully extendable mass trolley and the separately extendable wire mesh belt. In addition, the CiP system for ENROMAT enrobers provides an efficient solution for internal cleaning. This installation will be on display at the SOLLICH booth at interpack 2026.
SOLLICH has also been focusing on the development of AI-based assistance systems. The self-analysis function of the tempering machines, introduced in 2023, has been consistently further developed and expanded to the enrobing machine sector. The aim is automated adjustment of process parameters to reduce operator effort and further stabilize product quality. The SOLLICH Tempergraph provides a solution for automatic measurement of the tempering degree and can optionally be integrated directly into the enrobing machine. This is complemented by further developed components such as the dew point indicator in the cooling tunnel, which prevents incorrect settings during the cooling process and reliably ensures product quality.
The removable heat exchanger unit of the THERMO-FLOW + cooling tunnels ensures maximum accessibility and allows thorough cleaning. In addition, the completely redesigned belt washing device with hygienic washing roller guarantees safe and easy cleaning of conveyor belts – without any risk of product contamination. A flexible mobile flushing device also continues to be available for the TURBOTEMPER TE, the system for chocolate precrystallization. In combination with an innovative pigging system for pipe cleaning, rapid mass changes can be achieved even at high throughputs, the company explains.
For manufacturers with smaller production volumes, SOLLICH will present the compact MINICONBAR at interpack, specifically designed for flexible bar production. The new Z-blade mixer SBK is suitable for mixing and kneading, developed for the increasingly important market of protein masses. A dedicated mass conveying system for feeding the forming line will also be shown. In addition, the SOLLCOCAP sandwich system will be exhibited, enabling efficient production of a wide variety of sandwich products. Furthermore, SOLLICH will present the SOLLCODROP ST drop forming system for producing chocolate drops of 3 mm and larger. At interpack, the innovative drop tube will be supplied with chocolate by the TURBOTEMPER TE 1100 B tempering machine.
Digital progress remains a key focus at SOLLICH: via the SweetConnect platform, production systems from different manufacturers can be efficiently managed. Document management, maintenance planning, and integration of the SOLLICH ‘Fast Lane’ remote service system enable optimized service processes and increased machine availability.
