Kolache Factory, a bakery-café franchise known for its Czech-inspired kolache pastry filled with savory and sweet fruits, meats, and cheeses, is launching three new croissant flavors in 2024. The company headquartered in Katy, Texas, introduced the first new arrival on January 1 – the Texas Apple.
