MPREIS installs new baking oven

Austrian food retailer MPreis welcomed German finance and restructuring expert, Dr. Stefan Gros, as its new CFO. Martina Dutzler, who was assigned to this role since 2022, is leaving MPreis at the end of May, to move an international company.
MPREIS announced changes to its management team: Peter Paul Mölk, long-standing managing director, is leaving the management board. He remains a member of the advisory board.
MPREIS is a grocer in Tyrol, Austria. The company has envisioned its bakery, Therese Mölk, to streamline every activity within its walls under a single control system, from production lines to conveying, handling products, and even including the building’s heating and cooling system.
Tyrolean family business MPREIS is taking technology innovation personally. Its bakery in Innsbruck, Therese Mölk, is a state-of-the-art facility that continuously adds the latest improvements to optimize efficiency in production.
From February 2022 onwards, Therese Mölk will be using green hydrogen (H2) for the first time, for thermal utilization, and for baking bread. By doing this, the bakery subsidiary of the Austrian food retailer MPREIS is probably breaking new ground worldwide.
