Valeo Foods Group acquires Bulgarian sweet baked goods maker
Valeo Foods Group reached an agreement to acquire Prestige-96 AD, a market-leading Bulgarian manufacturer of sweet baked goods. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals in Bulgaria.
