Orkla Foods acquires Danish bakery TC Brød
Norwegian food group Orkla Foods signed an agreement to acquire all shares in the Danish bakery manufacturer TC Brød, through its subsidiary Orkla Denmark. The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of Q2 2027.
