Lesaffre presented its new book entitled ‘Fermentation’ at Sirha Europain, published by Flammarion and produced in partnership with the Institut Paul Bocuse.
Lesaffre appointed Christine M’Rini Puel as Chief R&D Officer as of January 1, 2022. She succeeds Carmen Arruda, who is taking over the management of Biospringer, following the appointment of Brice-Audren Riché as CEO of Lesaffre.
Angel Yeast announced the opening of its new R&D complex in June, 2021. Located at the company’s headquarters in Yichang City, Hubei Province in central China, the center spans a total area of 36,000sqm and can house up to 1,500 people for R&D and related work.
