UK’s Warrens Bakery revealed its 2025 best sellers. The Cornish steak pasty tops the list, with newer lines like the Hog Roast pasty also among last year’s popular flavors.

Its best-selling Cornish steak pasty is made with flaky pastry and the customary filling of steak, potato, swede and onion, hand crimped following traditional techniques. The sausage roll came in second, and the Rolo Caramel Browinie ranked third.

Warrens Bakery’s new addition to its pasty range, the Hog Roast Pasty with pork, stuffing and apple sauce, also performed well, outperforming other more established pasty flavours to scoop fourth place, the bakery reveals.

Craig Wood, Warrens Bakery’s Assistant Retail Director, said, “This just goes to show how the traditional Cornish pasty has stood the test of time. We’re incredibly proud of our Cornish heritage and are delighted that the iconic traditional Cornish pasty remains as popular as ever in all of our stores, all these years later”. 

The famous Cornish bakery sells its pasties in its 48 bakery stores in UK high streets, railway stations and roadside locations. It most recently opened in the country’s busiest railway station, Liverpool Street Station in London.
