Artisanal boulangerie and specialty coffee house Ground Bakery launched takeout services at its newest shop in Cowbridge, Wales, which opened for business at the beginning of December. Launched in Cardiff in 2021, the company also has locations in Penarth and Pontcanna. It also has a commercial bakery in Barry that supplies all three coffeehouses.
