The Swedish oven manufacturer Sveba Dahlen has launched a new electric high-temperature pizza oven. It works at temperatures up to 500 °C / 932 °F and is suitable for making pizzas, but also for baking flat bread or lavash bread. The baking time varies depending on the pizza topping and is between 60 and 120 seconds. Depending on the preferred baking temperature, the oven is ready for use in approx. 30 minutes from start-up. For the floor in the well-insulated baking chamber, the company uses porous pizza stones made of clay. Top and bottom heat can be regulated separately. The door is robustly built and the hinges allow easy opening and closing. The handles of the pizza oven are made of stainless steel and stay cool when in use.
