Sophie Lebreuilly opened its 55th bakery shop on Marceau Avenue, in the heart of Paris. In a video tour of the premises, with Jean Havetz, Deputy Director General, introduced the new bakery that will be open seven days a week. It is complete with a dining space. The location in the vicinity of the Champs-Elysées is once again home to a bakery, with the new opening.

Unlike other bakery chains, which mostly rely on ‘light’ concepts to enter urban areas, Sophie Lebreuilly made its debut with its successful recipe lineup, including its offer of one free bread for every three purchased, its brioche pies and Sophie’s Pizzas, Le monde des boulangers et de patissiers reports.

The bakery’s production facilities are located in the Hauts-de-France in Étaples-sur-Mer and Wimereux, where they make 100% homemade recipes.
