Following its acquisition of Royal Steensma earlier this year, Dawn Foods released the first Royal Steensma products through its network, including Souplesse, Candied Fruit, Fruitease, and Raspel.

• Royal Steensma Souplesse is a fat-based compound coating that can be used for decorating and enrobing. It can be paired with Dawn’s donut mixes and other applications, maintaining its flexibility after setting, freezing, and thawing. Souplesse is available in several flavors.

• Royal Steensma Candied Fruit undergo a preservation process where water is replaced with sugar syrup, which lowers water activity. This results in a naturally preserved fruit that retains its taste without artificial preservatives.
• Royal Steensma Fruitease is a premium range of candied berries.
• Royal Steensma Raspel, available in lemon and orange, is a bake-stable citrus zest flavoring paste, perfect for adding a burst of fresh citrus flavor to baked goods.
