The comprehensive educational program organized by IBIE will feature over 250 expert-led sessions across key tracks such as Business & Strategy, Baking & Pastry, Formulation, Food Safety, Quality & Sustainability, Workforce and more.
Attendees can also witness top talents in action through live demos and talks on the show floor, led by celebrity chefs and the biggest names in baking.
NEW – Wholesale Bakers Center
The new section will explore topics together with expert speakers, covering vital topics such as sustainability, workforce development and operational efficiencies. This space was designed to offer a tailored learning experience, to address unique challenges and opportunities for commercial bakers.
RBA Bakers Center
The biggest names in baking will gather at the RBA Bakers Center, organizers anticipate, for events including decorating competitions, cutting-edge presentations and live demonstrations. New concepts and guides will be presented on four separate stages: the Revent Celebrity Demo Stage, the Rondo Baking & Pastry Stage, the BakeSmart Presentation Stage and the Pillsbury Creative Cake Decorating Competition Stage.
QuickBITES
A series of 20-minute presentations from industry, health and trend experts will return as a popular feature of the education program. These sessions will be hosted over four days, and topics will focus on grain-foods industry issues, consumer concerns and the future of food.
NEW – Chef Talks
For the first time, Chef Talks, presented by Mexipan, will be featured on the IBIE show floor. This exclusive program brings influential voices from Mexico and Latin America to the global baking community, offering engaging presentations focused on innovation, flavor trends, entrepreneurship, and sustainability in baking.
Artisan Village
This interactive hub celebrates the artistry of baking with two competitions and a suite of presentations focused on bread, pastry and more. The program is aimed at bakers looking to deepen their understanding of artisanal style products, refine their craft and explore traditional methods.
