IBIE 2025: Rademaker highlights new pizza topping line
f2m Rademaker Exhibition Bakery Team

Rademaker will unveil its latest advancements at IBIE 2025. Among them, the company introduces its latest pizza topping line, designed for fully automated pizza production. With the introduction at the Las Vegas trade fair, the new pizza sauce depositor will debut in the North American market.

The line also includes the pizza strewing system, which can handle all types of topping materials, such as cheese, vegetables, IQFs, and meats. “This highly accurate system features a rework station to minimize waste. By leveraging smart data gathering, the strewing process is optimized, with algorithms continuously monitoring and adjusting the material flow for maximum efficiency. This combination of advanced modules sets a new benchmark for fully automated topped pizza production,” Rademaker details.

Radini Semi-Industrial Bread Line

The new Radini Bread Line will also be introduced on the North American market. The line enables bakeries to process between 250 and 1,200 kg of bread dough per hour, accommodating a wide variety of dough types. The line’s modular configuration allows for both automatic and manual shaping, making it ideal for producing distinctive, hand-shaped breads. Mobile units enable precise cutting, molding, and rounding of dough with consistent weight and size accuracy. Seamlessly integrating manual craftsmanship with automation, the Radini Bread Line ensures high-quality, creative product output.

After the exhibition, this line will be installed in the recently launched Rademaker Experience Center in Chicago, where it will be available for product testing and product development.

Enhanced laminating

After a three-year study, Rademaker has refined its laminating technology to enhance fat layer stability and dough sheet homogeneity, the company highlights. “Significant improvements have been made to the system’s operation, simplifying handling while increasing product reproducibility.” The new laminating unit will be on display. Key improvements of the system include:

  • enhanced stability of fat layers
  • better dough homogeneity
  • streamlined machine operation.

New bread line pre-sheeter

The Dynamic Pre-Sheeter System (DSS), renowned for transforming dough batches into homogeneous, consistent dough sheets, has been upgraded. It now has a reduced footprint, an expanded process window, and helps minimize waste.

Smart baking

A big focus of Rademaker’s IBIE 2025 showcase is smart data gathering and processing solutions. To this end, the company partnered with vision inspection specialist Sensure. Combined solutions will be presented at the show.

Live demonstrations

The award-winning Dutch Boulangerie Team will organize live demonstrations at the Rademaker booth. The talented bakers will showcase the latest product trends using industrially produced dough sheets from Rademaker’s Radini lines.
