This year, IBIE brings together more than 1,000 leading manufacturers and suppliers from around the globe. The full supply chain for baking and food manufacturing will be represented at the exhibitor stands. The latest advancements showcased will range from cutting-edge technology and equipment to ingredients and packaging solutions.
The show’s trademark education component, IBIEducate, will be the largest program yet, with over 250 sessions and demos, which can be accessed with no extra fees, together with show access, for the first time.
Among the highlights at IBIE 2025 are exciting show features designed to inspire, education, and entertain:
- NEW! Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie: National baking teams from Brazil, Canada, Ecuador, Mexico & USA will compete in categories like boulangerie, viennoiserie, and artistic bread showpieces. The winners will represent the Western Hemisphere at the World Cup of Baking in Paris.
- The Rockin’ Pint Concert: An 80s-themed networking event featuring performances by Wang Chung and renowned baker, Duff Goldman with his band, Foie Grock.
- RBA Retail Bakers Center: Live demonstrations, competitions, and inspiring stories from some of the biggest names in baking, including Buddy Valastro, Paulina Abascal, Iginio Massari, Romain Dufour, Duff Goldman, and more.
- Wholesale Bakers Center: A space for a tailored learning experience designed to address the unique challenges and opportunities for commercial bakers.
- NEW! Chef Talks: This series spotlights leading baking voices from Mexico and Latin America, featuring innovation and flavor trends with real-time translation.
- NEW! Panettone World Cup: Expert bakers will present their panettone creations for live evaluation on the show floor. This festive contest celebrates the rich heritage of panettone and will determine who will advance to the global finals held in Milan, Italy, in November 2026.
- Creative Cake Decorating Competition: Six teams will compete in artistry and skill, showcasing wedding cakes, rolled fondant, sculpted cakes, and buttercream creations.
- Innovation Showcase: This showcase introduces the newest products and technology in a dedicated space. Entries include emerging ingredients, equipment, packaging and safety products never before seen at IBIE.
- The Artisan Village: An interactive hub offering additional learning opportunities and competitions focused on artisan and specialty baked goods.
- BEST in Baking Industry Awards: Honoring suppliers and bakeries committed to positive transformation in the industry across paramount topics like sustainability, workforce development, sanitation, packaging innovation, plant efficiency, and automation/robotics.
- NEW! Two Specialty Pavilions: Dedicated pavilions showcasing the Snack Food and Pet Food sectors within the baking industry.
Attendees can save up to 23% by registering online by September 10. Registration will remain open both online and onsite at the Las Vegas Convention Center until the last day of the show, on September 17.
