ANKO Food Machine will host its first online demonstration showcasing three samosa production solutions, developed to meet the growing global appetite for authentic Indian snacks and the rising demand for safe, hygienic food production. The demo will be held on August 21.

The event will be co-hosted by renowned Indian chef Andy Singh Arya, founder of the popular restaurant chain 3 Idiots Toast & Curry. Chef Arya will share insights on preserving traditional flavor while embracing modern automation, in a conversation designed for manufacturers, restaurants, frozen food producers, and cloud kitchens alike.

ANKO’s demonstration lineup includes the PS-900 Punjabi Samosa Forming Machine an automated factory solution for producing traditional pyramid-shaped samosas; the HLT-700U Filling and Forming Machine, a versatile option with customizable molds for samosas of various sizes and designs; and the SRPF Semi-Automatic Samosa Production Line, designed for hybrid setups where machines produce the pastry sheets while staff hand-wrap the samosas to retain artisanal appeal.

ANKO Food Machine’s solutions, designed to comply with international safety standards, help reduce contamination risks by minimizing direct contact with food during production.
