Baker Thermal Solutions acquired the inventory of rectification ignitors and SmartBake® oven zone controls support from BannerDay, the company announced. “This acquisition strengthens our customer service and supports efforts for legacy BannerDay SmartBake® and Total Oven Control Solutions. We have been long-time partners with BannerDay in oven installations and upgrades, and this move will ensure a smooth transition for our valued customers,” a statement reads.

Baker Thermal will work with BannerDay clients on their production goals.

Baker Thermal Solutions, a Middleby Bakery company, specializes in manufacturing a wide range of industrial baking equipment, including tray and tunnel ovens, conveyor proofers and ovens, product cooling systems, and pan and product systems.
