English Cheesecake Company, a Notting Hill, UK, bakery, announced the launch of a new limited-edition product, the Jubilee Victoria Sponge Cheesecake, developed in celebration of the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.

The new creation combines layers of vanilla cheesecake, raspberry jam, vanilla cake sponge and red, white and blue sprinkles on top of a crunchy digestive biscuit base.

“The extra bank holiday gives us all the opportunity for a long weekend, so whether you’re having a street party, a family get-together, or a platinum picnic, the company’s limited edition Jubilee Victoria Sponge Cheesecake makes for a showstopping centerpiece,” the company said in a statement. 

The cake will only be available until the Jubilee Bank Holiday weekend, from June 4 to 5, to commemorate the Queen’s 75 years on the throne. Shortly after the announcement, the special anniversary cake is out of stock for online orders.
