We will showcase ePAN® bun/roll and bread pan designs, as well as our SMART Pan Tracking® System, which provides bakeries with precise insights into pan performance and usage, enhancing efficiency and reducing waste.
Additionally, we will highlight our custom bakeware capabilities tailored to unique needs – whether for bread, buns, cakes, or specialty pastries, such as croissants.
At iba 2025, we are excited to showcase our extensive range of proprietary coating solutions, designed to meet diverse customer needs. These coatings offer long-lasting performance, easy-release properties, and energy-saving benefits, helping bakeries increase their efficiency. Our focus remains on providing proven, innovative solutions that address the industry’s evolving demands.

Jason Bowman: Sustainability continues to be a key priority for the baking industry in 2025, and American Pan is committed to driving positive change. Our solutions are designed to support bakeries in reducing their environmental footprint by saving energy, minimizing material waste, and maximizing the longevity of their equipment.
Additionally, we are focused on addressing growing trends such as automation, and the demand for more versatile bakeware to accommodate emerging product categories. This mission serves as the foundation of our innovation, driving us to develop advanced solutions that enhance efficiency, sustainability, and quality.
Our innovations include technologies like ePAN®, a lightweight, durable pan that reduces material usage while delivering consistent results, and the SMART Pan Tracking® System, which provides real-time data on pan usage, and through continuous improvements in our proprietary coatings and refurbishment solutions. These technologies empower bakeries to optimize operations, reduce waste, and achieve their production goals sustainably.
