f2m: How would you compare the North American markets with Europe, from your work? What types of solutions are you requested the most on these geographies, from your portfolio?

Bundy Baking Solutions: Across all regions, bakeries face similar challenges: increasing efficiency, reducing waste, and maintaining consistent product quality. However, the types of solutions requested often reflect local baking traditions, operational scale, and regulatory considerations.

In North America, we see strong demand for high-efficiency, automated solutions like ePAN® and AccuSpray systems, driven by large-scale industrial bakeries.

In Europe, there is a focus on sustainable materials and coating technologies, such as our non-PFAS options, due to evolving regulations.

Our global structure allows us to tailor solutions for each of these markets while sharing best practices across regions.
