IBIE ’25 debuts Coupe de Monde de la Boulangerie

For the first time, the Americas Selection of the Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie will be staged at IBIE. The competition lines up bakers from the Western Hemisphere, including Brazil, Canada and the US.

The participating teams will compete in four categories: Baguette & World Breads, Viennoiserie, Artistic Bread Showpiece and Savory Baking.

The winners will earn the honor of representing the Americas at the World Cup of Baking in Paris, France.

The competition will be held in North Hall #7971, starting from September 14.
