Lantmännen Unibake acquired Boboli Benelux B.V., a Dutch market leader in savory baked goods, including Mediterranean flatbreads – focaccias, pizzas, and pizza crusts. The company has a strong presence in the Benelux countries, the UK, and Germany, and employs around 200 people.

Boboli operates a state-of-the-art bakery in Bunschoten, which will be Unibake’s first bakery in the Netherlands. With this acquisition,  Unibake expands in the savory foods segment.
