A new event, the 2023 Bakers Forum, will debut this year, endorsed by UK’s Federation of Bakers (FoB) and the Association of Bakery Ingredient Manufacturers. The event will be held in Leeds, from May 19 to 20.

“This inaugural event is a unique opportunity to bring the industry together. Come and hear from a host of first-call speakers, meet sponsors and network,” the FoB said in a post.

Hot topics highlighted at the Forum will include market insights, future trends, opportunities and challenges, sustainability and government support.

Ticket prices are GBP 375 (plus VAT). AB Mauri is the Gold Sponsor of the new event; Bakels, CSM Ingredients and Zeelandia are Silver Sponsors.
