Jörg Riboni and Gordon Hardie resigned from ARYZTA AG board. The board has accepted their resignations with immediate effect, the company announced on November 8. The Board of Directors expressed their thanks to both outgoing board members for their services to ARYZTA AG.

ARYZTA AG Chair and Interim CEO, Urs Jordi, commented: “We will update the market on November 27 for the three month period ending October 2023. As indicated recently, organic revenue growth will be supported by positive volume and price. In addition, we expect further sequential margin expansion for the remainder of 2023 supported by efficiencies and cost discipline.

Our strategy remains on track to deliver our midterm targets by focusing on organic growth, business optimization, free cash generation and total net debt reduction.”
