The American Bakers Association (ABA) announced that it now accepts applications for the 2026 Champions for a Better Tomorrow Awards, a program that honors baking industry companies making a lasting difference in their communities, workplaces, and the planet.
The upcoming ISM, scheduled in Cologne from February 1 to 4, 2026, has already surpassed this year’s attendance: with over three months before the show starts, companies from 71 countries and all continents have already confirmed their participation
Fi Europe released the expanded content program for December 2-4, 2025, when its 30th edition takes place, at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. The Fi Europe Conference delivers a focused, science-backed program.
The 44th edition of Host Milano (held from October 17 to 21), will feature an extended bakery-pizza-pasta showcase, which will include an ‘Art of Baking’ hub and a focus on Milano Pane Pasta Pizza.

will take place from May 7 to 13.
This year, IBIE brought together more than 1,000 exhibiting companies, including 486 new exhibitors, on a show space spanning 451,100 square feet, up by 9% from 2022. The overall registration was somewhat lower, and fewer professionals attended this year, by 8%, compared with the previous edition.
The upcoming edition of the AIBI Congress will be held between May 27 and 29 on the French Riviera. The event is jointly organized by AIBI and FEB and will line up an agenda focusing on key issues, including sustainability, innovation, nutrition, digitalization and Al, talent, and the evolving role of industrial bakery.
Over 140,000 trade visitors are expected to attend this year’s Anuga in Cologne, from October 4 to 8. Around 94% of them come from outside Germany. Around 400 exhibitors will join Anuga Bread & Bakery, one of the exhibition’s 10 specialty shows.
