The upcoming edition of the AIBI Congress will be held between May 27 and 29, 2026, on the French Riviera. The event is jointly organized by AIBI and FEB and will line up an agenda focusing on key issues, including sustainability, innovation, nutrition, digitalization and Al, talent, and the evolving role of industrial bakery in a changing world, according to the save-the-date announcement that promises “A unique edition, in a spectacular setting, where heritage and innovation unite to shape the bakery of tomorrow.”
The previous edition of the European industrial bakers’ meeting was held in Hamburg, Germany, in 2024. Since then, Jean-Manuel Lévêque has been leading AIBI, returning at the helm of the association after his first tenure (2015-2015). A new President will be elected at the upcoming event.
