Backaldrin launched Sabia 2.0, a new version of its popular Sabia solution for baked goods’ flavor and appearance. The company further developed it to support creative baking ideas, by combining high-quality oil and spice seeds with selected flakes to create an incomparable taste experience.

“This finely balanced composition opens up new dimensions in taste, aroma, and appearance, setting no limits to creative ideas. Sabia 2.0 also stands out because it can be flexibly adapted to recipe ideas, making it extremely versatile. It gives bread and baked goods a very special touch,” backaldrin explains.

The balanced blend of Sabia 2.0 delivers a nutty base note, combined with subtle peppery and spicy nuances and rounded off with a hint of leek. This aroma is accompanied by an intense, fresh fragrance.
