Peter Studer became RONDO Group’s CEO starting October 1, 2021. Under the new leadership, the Burgdorf-based company says it intends to focus more on developing solutions for the industrial sector, where it aims to transfer characteristics sought after in the artisan business sector.

A chemical engineer and with a degree in business administration and management, Studer has held various management positions at international enterprises over the last 25 years. He recently supported and advised various companies and start-ups in the development and implementation of new market strategies.

“[…] the qualities that RONDO machines possess, such as maximum efficiency and product quality, digitalization and process reliability are also key criteria in industrial production. We can become just as successful in the international industrial sector as we are in the SME sector,” said Studer, commenting on the company’s announced plans. RONDO said it has new industrial customers, with several development projects soon ready to be launched.

The Board of Directors of the RONDO Group appointed Peter Studer as the successor to Felix Egger, who has decided to leave RONDO.
